We believe that stories should be read, told, shared and loved. We believe that stories are not just for testing and assessing students’ knowledge of the English language. If you think the same way, join ourBritish Council Turkey Story Sharing Web Conference on Saturday 9th -Sunday 10th February 2013.
Short stories, readers, novels, poems, anecdotes, folk stories, graphic novels, drama, jokes, teacher generated stories, student generated stories...even rap.
We will give English language teachers tools to develop genuine enjoyment and appreciation of all these genres...to enrich students’ experience of learning English through exciting and interesting story sharing techniques.
